Thanks to AGM Ting-Feng for her guidance and allowing me to get involved in this wonderful cause and great organization. The "Truth, Goodness and Beauty Success Team" and a series of education and training activities make me continuously grow and drive me to march forward toward the objective of becoming an area general manger.
I work in a traditional industry and my job is related to gift products for gas stations, such as dish detergent, clothing detergent etc. If you see the product brand named "Quick Cleaning" in gas stations throughout the country, it is my product. But I have to do some heavy labor during processing, the tiring work often made me suffer a sore waist and backache. You have to do lots of physical labor to earn money in a traditional industry. As a result, my health became worse. I started to understand that health is most important to people.
My parents also started from scratch for their export business. Sometimes it required all of the family members to work overtime. I often saw my mother so busy and tired and she often suffered a sore waist and backache, but she did not rest in order to earn more money for the family. Sometimes she received several injections from Western doctors. Thus, my mother suffered from breast cancer when she was 46 years old and died in 1986 when she was only 53 years old. Nefful only later entered Taiwan in 1989. If Nefful had entered Taiwan earlier, my mother might be living healthily and happily. Therefore, I decided to join the Nefful team to bring happiness and health to more people.
When I was most tired in my work, AGM Hou Ting-Feng encouraged me to use the Nefful product, I used it with hesitation at first, but after a period of time my body gradually improved, and I became younger and nicer. Because the product was so good, I decided to let my father and parents use it, I thought that I would be satisfied if it could bring health to my family while sharing the product. On the other hand, a traditional business has been more and more difficult to operate recently, and I did not care too much about the Nefful business. I had even planned to give up the Nefful business.
One day, I asked myself: What I do really need? It seems that I have accomplished nothing! Therefore, I decided to help operate my second son's family business in 2003. I told myself to stand up when I fell. Nefful is now my cause and goal. And so I started to study hard in training courses organized by the Truth, Goodness and Beauty Success Team and started to set my and objective. In order to send my deceased mother the best possible birthday present, I decided to achieve an AGM post by May 2004, but I failed. In June, I told my mother: I will let you see how excellent your daughter is. Though there was still a large gap between the rated sales value for the AGM goal and the present achievement, I will never give up. At last I reach the objective, i.e. I met the standard for an AGM and I have become an AGM of the Truth, Goodness and Beauty Success Team.
I'd like to thank super leaders You-Hua and Yao-Ming for their good education and training, thank all the area general mangers and all my colleagues in the "Truth, Goodness and Beauty Success Team" for their help and encouragement. At last I'd like to thank my adoring son and my husband who loves me for their great support under which I have been determined to succeed in my Nefful cause and never give up.
