Thanks to a real friend in my life, district general manager¡XSui-Wen Huang. Her recommendations brought a turning point into my life and made my future hopeful. Thanks to the encouragement of district general managers Shu-Chen and Shang-Hsien, and many more thanks to my excellent fellows, Here at Nefful, we work hard together, cooperating with each other, plunging ourselves into the business entirely. But for all these, Chiao-Hsuan¡¦s success today would be impossible.
Although I had wanted to make breakthroughs and changes for myself before I joined Nefful, I had been troubled by the lack of opportunities, methods as well as drive in my routine job. Not until I touched Nefful did I realize the potential I had. While I was an accountant with a construction company, I often had to act as a bridge between my boss and the many customers, and even went as far to make contact with the site workers. At that time, some friends of mine thought that I was suitable for sales and asked me to cooperate with them in running their stores. However I was not interested in that. The reason that I selected to join Nefful is because here I can touch people from every walk of life. It is out of the consideration to help others that I share Teviron products and conduct Nefful business with my friends. I am very happy and excited with a mission in mind (the others may not listen, but I have to say it), there are many opportunities for us in our lives, but many people give them up. I seized the opportunity at the right time and resolutely transformed my life.
Nobody had expected that. Indeed, even I never dreamed that such an average person like myself could have been promoted to be regional general manager with only half a year of part-time work and 5 months of fulltime work experience with Nefful and having been awarded for my excellent performance by the company for 2 consecutive months. How could all this happen? I think in addition to my talents in sales, I was willing to start anew and be obedient, as I was always at hand for all the meetings, listened to different types of teachers, exchanged different ideas with my colleagues and got tutored from those who had succeeded. More importantly, I give me love and care toward everyone, confidence in the company, its products and systems, strong desires for successes and knowledge of what I want. Moreover, I tried to cooperate with the company and the organization to help them grow stronger and stronger. Do not ask what the others offer to you, but ask how many efforts you have made for successes. The others can disbelieve your abilities, but you should never despise yourself. I take pride in my Nefful membership, thanks to super leaders like Chia-Chen and Lung-Han, they have created a favorable environment for one to continue to study and grow up. I believe as long as we persist in our efforts and never give up, it is absolutely possible that we can derive health, beauty, happiness and wealth from Nefful (Taiwan) and shine like stars.
