We believed that true love is obtained when one owns health, beauty and wealth. Kind nature is when we don't tell lies or get cheated by others. Therefore, our business is always conducted with honesty and a good motive; as a result, we are always successful.
What is the definition of "beauty"? We defined it as "looking elegant and graceful through spiritual development." All our team members are encouraged to best represent our team and company in public as well as in private.

Direct selling is an industry of duplication where the lower tiers duplicate the mentality, concepts and techniques of the top tier. Therefore, as role-models, the top tier should set good examples for the lower tiers. They are responsible for assisting lower tiers in succeeding in this industry in the shortest time possible.

But it would be too onerous for the top tier to take full responsibility for educating and training the lower tiers. In response we created a teaching faculty comprised of general managers for various courses. In the meantime, all instructors are required to pursue advanced studies in order to develop our courses and techniques.

Over the past few years, our team has made billions of NT in annual sales in Taiwan. Our sales in the U.S. and Hong Kong account for 99% of our total sales.

In November 2006, our branch office in Malaysia opened with amazing sales of four million NT during the first month. We owe this success to the good system, company, excellent products and quality members.

Once I was asked by a journalist if we had a special way of recruiting. My answer was "No." The truth is that we do not have a special way of recruiting. Our team is open to anyone with a strong determination and ambition to succeed.

People always ask me why our team members look so impressive. There are two reasons. The first is that the constant use of our products leads to the improvement in health and moods. The second is that all members are required to think, act and speak positively.

The Chen Shan Mei Success Team is nicknamed "The Duplicator of Winners." There are a number of reasons why we received this nickname. First, all members are well trained.
